U-S-A, U-S-A!

Well after leaving Fiji and venturing into the USA we encountered a huge contrast in the 2 cultures (as would be expected), and very soon we had to snap out of 'fiji time'! Life here very fast - time waits for no one stylee! We had a great time travelling across via the Greyhound buses - and met some interesting characters along the way. Hope you enjoy the pics. Soon more snaps of the final leg of my travels (the rest of the US and first few weeks back home in the England).

Sorry about the lack of photos recently - I am finally getting the chance to do it!
Lots to look back on here. - Our last few weeks in NZ - Queenstown and Christchurch. - Then along came Fiji! Basecamp at Horizon backpackers, Nadi. Many photos of Kava sessions etc. Then we rolled around on the Feejee experience bus for awhile. - We took local buses back to Suva from Nadi, then got a boat to Ovalau and stayed in a village called Draiba, near Levuka. Our stay was with the family of one of our bus guides - Mama T. Our deepest thanks to her and her family for that - one of the best experiences i have had since i have been travelling. Then back to Nadi, a day (and night) at Beachcomber Is with our scouse mate Fitzy. Now just chilling and waiting for our flight to LA. The final adventure before home!

Road trip photos!
|

|
Over the past couple of days I have been on a road trip. Four men, one car and 1390km of track eaten up! Trippers included, myself, Rio, Matt and Neil. Went from Queenstown to Dunedin (day one), then Dunedin to Riverton, via the Catlins Coastal rd (day two), and finally, Riverton to Milford Sound and back to Queenstown (day three)! Had an amazing time - some of the best experiences since i have been away! Awesome! As Neil stated, very aptly - 'Do you want to be humbled by the awesome power of God? Then come to Milford Sound!
